Abstract Acrylic Flowers with Madison Faile

Join local artist Madison Faile for a fun abstract floral workshop. Great for beginners as well as experienced painters looking loosen up. Students will be painting with acrylic on 12" x 12" paper or canvas, creating 4 completed pieces. Madison will demonstrate his techniques and provide one-on-one guidance. He’ll have a still life set up and bring reference images to work from. Painting techniques covered includes layering and glazing, painting with palette knives, and intentional splattering.

- Titanium White
- Yellow Ochre
- Sap Green
- Titan Buff

- Vermillion or Cadmium Red
- Cadmium Yellow Lemon Hue
Bristles paint brushes
- Royal Langnickel 3 Brush Value Pack (White Natural Bristle)

Optional: Golden Light Modeling Paste
Level 1: Beginner - This class is appropriate for beginner to advanced painters. Covers the basic techniques of the medium and offers individual assistance. No prior experience is required.
UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the workshop will receive a refund equal to 50% of the cost of the class. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not receive a refund. This will help ensure that the instructor will be paid for their time and effort of teaching the workshop.
